In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 456win website accessible at https://456win.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, software, and services provided thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform, whether or not an account has been created.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their account that have not been subject to any active bonus restriction.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds, free-bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under 456win's compliance obligations.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, and ancillary services offered by 456win through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency supported on the Platform.

Access to and use of the 456win Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming participation applicable to the Indonesia market context served by 456win.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor are you accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of 456win or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member of such a person, unless expressly permitted in writing by 456win management.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by 456win for breach of these Terms or any other policy violation.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under duress, coercion, or while suffering from a gambling addiction that has been formally identified and for which you have sought or are seeking treatment.

To access the full range of 456win Services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your account:

• Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile phone number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). 456win will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify 456win immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• 456win reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate, and you consent to 456win contacting you via your registered email address and phone number for account-related communications.

456win is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its compliance and anti-money laundering obligations. Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal is processed. 456win may request KYC documentation at any time during the lifecycle of an account.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, clearly showing your full name and registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, or other supported Indonesian bank) used for deposits, confirming account ownership.
• Source of Funds: 456win may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds used for gaming, particularly for high-volume accounts or large single transactions.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 456win may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure. 456win is not liable for any delays in payment processing arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

5.1 Deposits

456win accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as supported e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits are generally processed instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and prevailing network conditions.

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• 456win does not accept deposits made in cash, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the Platform's payment page.
• 456win is not responsible for deposit delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a Player account will be held in a suspense account and released upon successful verification. Unclaimed suspense funds will be returned to the originating account after 30 days.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit. 456win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Standard processing times are 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts.

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal can be released.
• 456win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing times.
• Players who have accepted a bonus must fulfill all applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-linked portion of their balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• 456win does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, 456win reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

456win offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as defined by the specific promotional terms. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time registrants only; one bonus per household, IP address, and device applies.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional terms (typically between 20x and 50x, depending on the offer).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotional terms.
• 456win reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring bonus balances already credited.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion system, or in breach of these Terms will be voided immediately, and the associated account may be suspended.
• Bonus funds do not carry monetary value until all wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts.
• 456win may impose maximum bet limits on bonus play. Bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the 456win Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game's information panel and form part of these Terms.

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. 456win does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in cases of a manifest error by 456win.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, 456win reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to Players' accounts. Game results generated under demonstrably corrupted conditions will not be honored.
• Sports betting markets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), basketball, badminton, MotoGP (Mandalika), and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, Free Fire) — are governed by the specific market rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a winning payout. If one or more selections are void, the mix parlay accumulates the remaining legs at revised odds.
• Casino games (slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, crash games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• 456win reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including on grounds of unusual betting patterns or suspected match-fixing activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456win Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the Platform's fair-play systems.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity or for the purpose of moving funds of illicit origin through the gaming system.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain winnings that would not have been obtainable under normal operating conditions.
• Impersonating another person or providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by local law, through the use of a VPN, proxy server, or other technical circumvention method.
• Engaging in any form of "bonus abuse" — systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational gaming.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month to prevent spending beyond a comfortable level.
• Session Time Limits: Players may restrict the maximum duration of individual gaming sessions. Reality-check reminders can be enabled to notify Players of elapsed gaming time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for defined periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year) or permanently. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will be suspended and account access will be blocked.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications during play that display session duration and net win/loss figures, encouraging informed decision-making.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 456win.

• Any loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill resulting from technical failures, server outages, maintenance windows, or cybersecurity incidents beyond 456win's reasonable control.
• Any errors in game results, odds, or pay-table information caused by manifest technical malfunction, provided that 456win takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Any loss arising from the Player's own negligence, including failure to maintain account security, failure to comply with these Terms, or failure to verify the accuracy of information displayed on the Platform.
• Any interruption to internet connectivity on the Player's side that results in a bet, game round, or withdrawal request being lost, delayed, or duplicated.

In any event, 456win's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 456win and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activity was carried out by you directly or by a third party using your account with your knowledge or consent.
• Any claim by a third party arising from content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.

14.1 Voluntary Closure: You may close your 456win account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure (after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified bank account within 5–10 business days, subject to KYC completion.

14.2 Termination by 456win: 456win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in prohibited activities as described in Clause 8.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant; dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice.
• Request by a competent authority, law enforcement, or regulatory body.

Upon termination for cause, 456win reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and, in cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, to withhold Real Money Balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

In the event of a dispute between you and 456win relating to your account, a transaction, a game result, or these Terms, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], providing your account username, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates and amounts, and any supporting evidence. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB).
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the support level within 5 business days, you may request escalation to our Compliance Team by emailing the same address and marking your message "FORMAL COMPLAINT — ESCALATION".
• Step 3 — Final Decision: The Compliance Team will issue a written final decision within 14 business days of receiving the escalation. This decision is binding on 456win and represents our final internal position.
• Step 4 — Arbitration: If you remain dissatisfied following our final internal decision, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body specified in our licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 456win holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause is intended to deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.

456win acknowledges that online gaming operates in a complex legal landscape in Indonesia. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their specific jurisdiction and for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful. 456win accepts no liability for a Player's non-compliance with local laws.

456win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform homepage for a minimum of 7 days following the amendment.
• Send a notification to your registered email address summarizing the key changes.
